Bindu Travels & Tours Ltd (BTL), a company Promoted by BINDU MUKHI & SAPNA MUKHI, was incorporated in 1994 in Accra. The company has the requisite IATA licences and has been in this business of providing Travel related Services to our esteemed clientele for the past 24 years.

Over these years the company has seen a consistent growth which we attribute to our personalised service culture and goodwill earned from both satisfied Clients & Airlines. We are proud to be among the top 05 agents in the market for premium sales and among the 10 agents for corporate sales and leisure sales, for which we have received a number of awards over these years.

BTL’s professional service standards and business contribution over the years have been valued by most of the leading airlines in Ghana through various accolades, performance rewards and by investing in our dedicated team through destination Familiarisation trips and product introduction workshops. These investments have only added value by our teams being able to promote and market the various destinations and products and services of the key airlines.

Our motto has always been to give our valued clients an all inclusive satisfactory customer experience by offering them timely response with comprehensive information to meet their requirements. We also believe in keeping our customers well informed through our periodic information bulletins which are tailor made to minimise reading time and highlight critical information which is well appreciated due to its well edited and selective content.

BINDU MUKHI

The foundation of our company’s service culture and professionalism has been well established and spearheaded by our founder and Managing Director Ms. Bindu Mukhi who is actively involved in the day to day running of the business. With over 25 years of travel experience she is not only well known and respected in the Ghanaian travel agents fraternity but also amongst the various airlines management and other key stakeholders in the industry.

Ms Bindu Mukhi was also nominated as one of the top 10 Expatriate CEO’s in Ghana for the “Ghana Expatriate Business Awards” which was organised in November 2017 by the Ministry of Trade and Industries and KPMG.

SAPNA MUKHI

Ms. Mukhi is supported and partnered by Mrs. Sapna Mukhi who is a well known personality in Ghana. Mrs Mukhi is an astute Ghanaian citizen who was elected to the Board of Governors for the “Millenium Excellence Awards”. The Millenium Excellence Awards is the most prestigious international Awards event that celebrates outstanding Achievement and Excellence by Ghanaians, Africans and Citizens of the World who have sacrificed their lives, toiled tirelessly and served the Continent relentlessly thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of Africa.

The team at Bindu Travels & Tours Ltd is well experienced and dedicated to the company over a period of time. The core team consists of 8 dedicated team members who have an average experience of 5 years in the travel and tourism industry.

The team is well trained in the various aspects of the business be it corporate travel or promoting leisure products and helps in providing best services for Visa, Hotel and Flight Bookings, Individual Groups, Corporate Organizations and School trips.
